The form of the airport has been evolved from the form of an eagle in flight i.e., Garuda, the carrier of Lord Vishnu, as Tirupati is a famous pilgrimage renowned for its temple of Lord Venkateswara, a form of Lord Vishnu.
The integrated passenger terminal building designed for 700 PAX in current phase and keeping future expansion in mind is built and operated by Airport Authority of India (AAI). All services including in-line baggage system have been provided in the basement. The new runway is 2286 m long. The project includes both airside and city side development.
The terminal building has been many green features and is awarded GRIHA IV star rating.

The National Institute of Technology, Mizoram has been established as an Institution of National Importance by MHRD, (Govt. of India) in 2010.
The site is heavily contoured with steep slopes and a distinct watershed system feeding the nearby Tlawng river valley. The campus has been planned to cause least amount of ecological disturbance. The steep slopes have been utilized within the design to create a pedestrian spine around which all the functions have been planned. Full utilization of roof and surface rainwater runoff has been done to make the campus self-reliant.
The project includes development of a campus based on GRIHA Large Development V-3.0.

NCSCM is an autonomous centre of the Ministry of Environment, Govt. of India aiming to be a world class institution for coastal and marine area management. The Centre is established within the Anna University Campus, Chennai.
The complex comprised of Auditorium, Library, Laboratories, Administration block etc. The design responded to immediate surroundings of Anna University and the palm tree plantation in the middle of the site. A sustainable design approach was the hallmark of the project.

The proposal includes a 1200 seater Auditorium Complex, Multipurpose Hall with Retractable Seating and Sports Center. The Plant constructed in two phases comprises of a Production Hall (with clean room environment), warehouse, testing facilities and office. Solar air-conditioning is being done in the plant which is a cutting edge technology being tried for the first time in the country at this scale.
The plant was one of the first to use solar power for air–conditioning.
